Principal Investigator

Russell is an Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering. 

Previously, he was an Alan Turing Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Edinburgh from April 2023 to June 2024. He received his DPhil (PhD) in June 2023 from the University of Oxford. Before that, he received his MSc in Robotics from ETH Zurich and his BEng in Electrical Engineering from McGill University
